That's awesome, man. I'm the type of guy that can eat all he wants and not gain a pound, but also the guy that doesn't like eating anyway. You'd be surprised how many people like me will do crazy things just to gain a few pounds, even when they don't look skin-and-bone.

...Not that I do o_O

Anywho, related note: My stepmom was in a competition recently with everyone at her work for who could lose the most weight in some number of weeks. She one by a large margin by doing the following:

1) Avoid bread, avoid it avoid it avoid it
2) Avoid fried foods
3) Avoid greasy foods

Shazam. Didn't even exercise. For hamburgers, she's use lettuce as the buns(hold it by the lettuce on top/bottom). Of course plenty of her meals were salads, but she didn't undereat

Note that, though this is just from what I've heard/read, undereating actually slows down your ability to lose weight. Granted, overeating is just as bad (or worse depending on the amount), but, especially if you're exercising, try not to undereat :s

I do avoid bread. :3 And I avoid greasy foods too, for lunch I have a little bit of sushi from this grocery store. :3 They sell these neat packages, I'll take a picture today.

I don't really care about what the thread is about now, but tyler you look fine in that thing. I know what you mean, I only wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt when it's warm, and sweat pants and a sweatshirt when it's cold. But that's because I look retarded in nice clothes. I don't look like a douche, I just look retarded. Plus I try to look as neutral as possible with my clothing. You look very normal in those clothes. Plus you don't look as fat as you do big-boned in that.
