How do I cheat?

Hi. I got a Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.4 ghz..
2 gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD2600 256 mb.
And i got windows 7.
Im soon buying a upgrade package for my computer.
AMD athlon x2 3.0 Dual core.
2 GB Corsair extreme 800 mhz RAM.
Integraded HD 4200 512 mb.
And im wondering if i can play games, not hardcore games, but like GTA IV?
And is it enaugh RAM or something?
Because im about to use Windows 7.
I've Used Windows XP 32 bit alot. But im kinda bored at it.
So my question is..
Can i play like GTA IV WITH Windows 7 with that upgrade package?
Or do i have to get something else? Or some better stuff?
Im swedish.. So sorry about my spelling..

| GTA4 needs a dual core to run on low. I'm pretty sure a 2600 is utter shit at this point. You may as well run on the onboard 4200 if thats all you have. I play gta4 on a quad and a radeon 4850 and its still glitchy. Good luck with that. GTAIV is a pretty consuming game and its not the greatest port either.

Okay. The upgrade package im buying is a dual core @ 3.0 Ghz.
But i might get a new graphic card later. But if i dont have to. I wont.
I will try mig way trough..

Very badly. You get texture fuck ups. Like artifacts but not really. I thought it was my gfx card overheating but its just the game being retarded.

They could've added an option to decrease render distance if one would be unsatisfied with the current speed.

They did on pc. It was worse at a close distance as it would constantly load and cause lag. I set it as far out as I could without running my gfx card out of vram. Once it loaded the entire world it wasn't so bad.

Yea, but shit I have 800mhz ram and it works at full. I play everything maxed out with all the trimmings. Games use the gpu and cpu over all.
