| I thought it was distortion in the fluid (tears more or less) that covers your eye because of sudden flashes of light. I wasn't far off.

| Oh thoose. I thought they were little pieces of hair somehow. I always followed them but they always got out of my eyesight but they same in the same space in relation to where you're looking at.

I've got floaters while at a young age and don't really see them unless I started at a bright light source, but recently I've do see a flash (happened twice) a few months ago.
As for them dots, I don't really see them unless I wake up in the morning while sleeping on one side when putting pressure on my eyes.
Them dots are light blue in color and goes away in a few seconds by blinking rapidly.

Yep. They were very different from the explanation given in the paper though. It was a parasite on discovery channel and they swam through your eye ball.
