It doesn't matter. Star Wars 1 and 2 should be considered independent films since they don't add much to the story other than what the Clones are and who Anakin is going to bang to pop out his two kids.
Star Wars 3 is where all the meat is served. Why? It introduces the main series. Part 4-6 you get to understand the aftermath of episode 3. The only thing you would have gained in terms of excitement and shock by not watching part 3 would have been the revelation that Darth Vader is Luke's dad, but everyone already knows this shit.
