they have been banned from the UK
since they are illegal you wont be finding any easy way to buy one, you will just have to go out to shady shops and search for one if you really want one.

Are people allowed to ship to the UK if they dont attach the blade or something?

Are people allowed to ship to the UK if they dont attach the blade or something? |
you wont get any good ballisong in parts, usually they are fixed in and made sure you wont be able to take the parts off.
and mostlikely you would get in more trouble for shipping a metal bar and a single blade than for shipping in a ballisong.
