?
It;s like, 90 degrees over here in Michigan (that's a shocker!), and it feels as if my computer has been slower. Not my Internet speed, but things like how fast windows can render a window and my local file transfer speeds have gotten slower. Maybe because i haven't defragged in like, 3 or 4 weeks?

It has to. Ever hear about how running a computer in cold temperature makes it a little better, possibly because of less need for cooling systems?
I don't know, it's just what I've heard.

Well, the hotter your room gets, the hotter your pc will get. And from my experience, my pc always gets slower when its heating up.

no it runs normal temps dont affect performance unless you plan to overclock but if you just use your computer you wont hinder performance just cause its hot but if it gets too hot you will get no warnings and shit will overheat.

ignorant.

So guise, are we at the year of 1999 where CPU doesn't have any thermal sensor and just watch it release heat and throttle the whole system?
