its like ebulling. Everyone is just butthurt and blowing hot air. No u won't
ebulling?
e-bullying

like the kid who steals your lunch money in 4th grade, but instead it's a facebook account.
sadly enough there are stupid nuff ppl who will literally kill themselves caz someone hacked their fb and trolled them IRL
So hacking someone's facebook can indirectly cause homicide?
Well, I don't think you can get criminally charged for making someone want to commit suicide just by verbal abuse. Because indirect homicide is the same as murder in the 2nd(?) degree, I believe.

Well, actually you can. Parents, teachers, judges, and lawyers are the newfags of real life. Since things like facebook and the internet are novel to them, they really think that it's actually different then just verbally teasing someone offline.

The worst that can happen is you get IP banned from facebook.
I know someone who is having some retards from his school hack his account/make new accounts and covering them in homosexual statements/picture, which IS illegal because of identity theft/hating.

I hacked someone on FB, kept the account and haven't touched it since. 2 weeks later, the owner of the account threatened to claim this as ID theft to the NBI (whatever the NBI is).

depend if there is an internet law about account hacking in your area. if non then you dont have a problem

I didn't read all, but I can tell you.
Don't worry, certainly if you're not 18 yet.

It's illegal no matter how you got it. Not ID theft but no matter how you got it it's still illegal. And yes you can get sued, fee's and such, but most likely FB will block your IP, and closing any FB account on that IP.
They can easily prove it was you seeing that;

You're so worried over it, so I guess you didn't use a proxy? Thus they can just trace down your IP in seconds.

NBI is: National Bureau of Investigation, who works along with FBI. If you do get reported there, you and him are totally fucked. But he wont, seeing that they would most likely tell him to report it to the Facebook support, who then will do what I said first, locking your IP from Facebook.
