I just downloaded a 20 mb rom file, I got consistently 160 kb/s

I get like.. 500KB/S max on a heavily seeded torrent. Normally around 100kb/s.

Your post is bullshit. I can assure you that there is no provider offering those speeds. The fastest Internet currently provided is 100 MBit down/100 MBit up by KPN. It costs about 100 euros. Even then you would only get about 10000 KB/s. So those numbers are complete shit. Unless you're in a Datacenter, but I can tell you are not. There is no way you are on a server, considering the Windows XP skin. Good luck perpetuating that lie slick.
