That's right. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD, and there's no constant "chaos" in my head. Also, you would know whether you had one or the other if you actually had it.

That's right. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD, and there's no constant "chaos" in my head. Also, you would know whether you had one or the other if you actually had it.

I do have ADD/ADHD. I took ritalin since I was 7/8, till my 13th cause I got kinda depressed when taking them. I now still have problems with my concentration and stuff, getting easily distracted. And yes, my head is full of chaos.I keep thinking about everything, I try to plan everything, I reconsider everything I do like 1000 times, over and over again.
