I downloaded a 10gig file.

I want to see, but my torrents never go above 5kbs upload for some reason. >_>
Not even where there are a lot of leechers.

How can i increase my upload speed? I know this shit isn't right.

Are you behind another router / wireless. Some of my friends have problems if they're wireless / behind another router, even if their ports are forwarded.

My house has a wireless router but it's secure. Even when i'm connected via ethernet cable and the wireless is off, my upload is utter shit.




For some reason, Comcast decided to be a dick in my area and the internet speeds were slashed from what they were last year. However, this problem is inconsistent with regular uploading that i do. I can upload quickly to file sharing sites, but never via torrents. (Actually, the upload speeds with torrents tend to shift a lot. Sometimes it's good, and then it flats out completely regardless of how many leechers are online. It's fucking retarded cuz I can't seed anything and thus affects my ratio).

Won't change ISP. Our other option is AT&T which sucks even bigger digital cocks than Comcast.
