I have nothing to say about the standard, uncommon but not exceptional error message, but I have plenty to say about your browser. I have annotated your screenshot with my findings.

1)
WBB is pretty popular in CEF :/
2)
NyaaTorrents get the anime first
3) I dont use Ask it just keeps installing again and again if I delete it :/ so I just leave it there, its little. it doesn't bother more.
4) that other search is not a google search but one for imageshack. I dont use it neither but I use the toolbar.
5) that WoW link is not about the PC game but a forum where my Miniature players group decide where and when we are going to play each week.

Then you have malware. This is a problem.

That less than a MB could well be stealing your credit card details or site passwords. I guess I'm kinda tinfoil hat here, but seriously, a toolbar that won't go away is bad news.

Curious, could you name a few of the applications that are installing it? Curious, if they're offering it why don't you say no?
