I really would not recommend Valium. It's probably a lot stronger than what you need, and has a high potential for addiction and dependency. The reason I recommended Hydroxyzine was because it's one of the few anti-anxiety medications available that has no chance of addiction.

Unless you're like, impaired by anxiety, Hydroxyzine is probably enough to help you relax.

Spent all night in my living room on the verge of crying. Only got two hours of sleep. Dad wants to talk with me tonight. My hands wont stop shaking, and my whole body feels numb. Also, my jaw feels like it's going to fall off me for some reason.

got a few valiums laying around. going to see how that goes.

Since you're having physical reactions to your sadness there is a possibility that you're missing a certain nutrient in your current diet, I had that once. Shaky and shit, feeling sad and depressed. Wasn't eating enough sugar.

This is recent. Like a day or two recent. I was feeling like this yesterday, and even after eating, i felt the same, but with nausea. And it's not only sadness. It's rage, anxiety, worry, sadness, and complete shock that's driving me to this. -Thanks for the help. I'm gone. _________________
