How do I cheat?

To go with this.
-Has to be xp compatible
-Nothing vibrant like the blue in this pic, must be dark(ish).
-If it's complicated, step by step instuxon plz
-If someone can give me step by step instuxon for VistaXP it would be a subsitute for this.
My problem is that when I browse for my VistaXP theme file, in C: Windows Resources (Where I saved it) I only see the folder for it and also the theme files for the many other themes.

Protip:
Docks with desktop icons are stupid, if you want to use Icons then fuck the dock. If you want the dock, then remove the icons. (and find a nice skin, that one is ugly)
Change your FF skin aswell, it is tacky and cluttered, remove the crap above your tab bar, its ugly.
Also, using FF without faggot plus? way to go retard.
Then browse deviant art for decent themes for start bar etc.
