My old 360 would crash after 1hr of intense playing.
My new jasper model will play MW2 8hrs straight easily.
I wouldnt play 8hrs straight though *cough*
All you need now is a turtle beach headset and dont forget to mute all them screaming 9 yr olds

Yeah, he traded me the newer model which he just bought in January, so it has the Jasper chip installed.
When I play for like 1hour+, I touched the back of it, and it's slightly warm, but maybe it's just the cover, since there's two cover for inside (metal) and another outside (plastic)
If anyone here that touches the back of their Xbox, what's the temperature like? Warm? Hot?

Doesn't matter if it's warm.
All consoles get warm. Even my computer is warm.

I always been wondering if I should get a cooler for my 360.. since it helps cool the back of the 360 where it gets warm/hot
Is that necessary or poses a more dangerous thread to it since it messing up the energy power?

Your jasper should be fine without a cooler. My other 360 has a cooler which helps alot but i still get random crashes from overheating.
warm isnt bad, hot is.

| Edit: My Elite usually gets warm after about 5 hours of non stop gaming or when It's charging my Ipod Touch and my Controller battery.

Coolers don't mess anything up, I think they use their own power source anyways. But they're usually loud as hell, and not even necessary anymore.

PS DOES have better exclusives, it has more games (GOW, GT5, Uncharted, mag, MGS, HRain, KZ and more) that you wont find "anywhere" else unlike the good 360 releases cuz they come out on PC too(i prefer to play on pc alot more). The only "good" games that are 360 true exclusives are forza and fable2&3 (since i dont like halo,gears of war). As for controller i also prefer ps3's cuz its smaller but that my opinion and as for support, it never broke and never had any trouble so couldn't get a chance to test that.

ITT: Fucking fanboys.
The only reason you should choose one over the other is
A) You think blu-ray is worth it
B) Online Communities
C) Price
D) Exclusive Titles.
Other than that, they're extremely similar consoles other than price, but I do find the PS3 to be prettier.
