Our ISP also occasionally does this but at least they notify us before doing it :/
We started out with 386kb/s and now we have this ('t was around 3 years ago we had that 386kb/s):

No, I should be getting atleast 8MB (We was last month all of a sudden it went to 8MB, then it went back to 1.97MB a couple weeks after) |
