There's a pokemon graveyard, and Gastlys are the ghost of dead pokemon. Also, in one of the episodes, you see a really old ninetails that's waiting to be freed from it's pokeball so it could die. Then there are fossils which are supposedly extinct pokemon(meaning that they all died). Edit: and don't forget cubone's mom. _________________
