I'm getting a new gfx card soon and then also a monitor. My graphic card can pull a max of 2560 x 1600 but I'm not buying a 30 inch monitor. So what is a good resolution? _________________ bsdfbdsfb

1680x1050 is the best resolution, I find 22" monitors to be very comfortable to look at.

its too big and stretching is always bad.
if you wanna stretch a 1080p video Rolling Eyes

well there is not very much of a loss but there is some at the compensation and AA pass.

When I'll be watching movies I'll be on my bed which is about 4.5 ~ 5 meters away. If it helps the card will be an XFX Radeon HD 5870.(Not eyefinity version)
