No. The Global Trade System.

Go to wifi settings in Pokemon
Choose wifi connection
Go to the dns settings near the bottom of the menu
change dns to 90.216.59.206
leave secondary DNS as 0.0.0.0
save settings, restart
go to GTS
Go to the counter, talk to the lady, save and go in for trading
If you see 52100 error, server's busy. Try again.
If you get into the room, it'll try to connect, pokeball shall fall from sky, Mewtwo will pop out, and your game should show a blue screen. Just press A, and it'll restart your game afterwards
Mewtwo will be in your box with a masterball
