Not a story book, but still good <3

All of you atheistfags should read it. It will help you see both atheism and religion from a good, neutral perspective.

If you want a story book then get:
http://www.amazon.com/Atlas-Shrugged-Ayn-Rand/dp/0452011876/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1270868234&sr=1-1

You should try being open minded. It doesn't hurt at all.
The book about religion doesn't even support or reject it, it's a scientific approach that explains why it exists and it does a rather great job at providing evidence for it's claims.

but hey, some people chose to cover their ears. You're no better than the religious idiot who choses to ignore proof against their religion.

I doubt there is a god, show me proof, i'll accept it, if you don't have proof, fuck off
Though I'm Atheist as well, you're being a bit of a hypocrite. There is plenty of proof against religious scriptures and certain parts of religion, but there is NO proof against the existence of "God".
You can't prove he doesn't exist and they can't prove he does. In the meantime, you can argue against other aspects of religion, such as theories against evolution.

I agree with you on the point of being incapable of proving his unexistance as well, but I don't believe in any sort of religion that portrays his as a super savior that in the end will save us all. He isn't the one that protects us at night, and he doesn't do shit when anything bad happens. It just annoys me when dumb bitches in my class say god saved her grandma from cancer through a miracle. No. How about thanking the doctors that spend countless hours caring for your grandma, and not some fictional belief of a possibly existing superior being that does nothing.

ahaha, The last war started because i made some topic about god, and some religious kid told me to shut up because there was no god.

Next thing you know, it was just war.

Im religious, but honestly... Its kinda like saying "HEY GUISE, THERES A GIANT PURPLE FLYING DRAGON, JUST YOU CANT SEE IT. OH, AND IT CREATED THE WORLD"

I have my reasons :\

Yeah, but why do you even argue? You're never going to change the opinions of people on the internet. Especially talking about God...
This argument will never come to an end with one side admitting he's lost.

I read hardcore shit so you might as well pussy out now if you're not ready to commit, nigga.

Eye of the World and all the other books in the Wheel of Time series.
Brimstone and any other of the books in the series, it's pretty much one of those series' where you can read whatever book in the series you want and still understand.
Odd Thomas, I haven't read the other ones, but I imagine they're good.
The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, The Lost Symbol.
Prey, it's by the guy who did Jurassic Park.
The Maximum Ride series.
The Demonata series.
The Cirque du Freak series.
The Percy Jackson series.
The Harry Potter series.
Infected and the sequel, Contagious.
The Alchemist, The Magician, and The Sorceress.
Magyk, Flyte, Physik, and Queste.
The Sword of Truth series.
The Dune series.
The 'Dead' series, the first three can be found in a bundle called Dead in Dixie and it's the series Tru Blood is based on.
The Lord of the Rings series.
The Twilight series.
The Host.
The Road.
The Halo books.
The Warcraft Archive.
Beat The Reaper.
The Dune series.
Daniel X and Daniel X Watch the Skies.
A Dirty Job.
Dean Koontz's Frankenstein series.
The Dresden Files series.
The Bourne series.

i am nerdy ;~;

I saw Harry Potter series in there for some reason. All credibility you've had has been completely destroyed.
