Is it patched yet? My "patch" ended up sucking dick, it crashes after a few hours and reverts back to an older save... So I lose tons of progress.

It did the same to me. It reverted to an old save right after I beat the Final Four. |

i heard it works better on a computer
last time i checked, the patch on wbb worked for me on the r4

First of all, HG is the superior version. Better exclusive Pokemon and everything.
Second, the rom is fully playable on Desmume if you replace the arm7 file in the rom (Unpack it, delete/replace arm7 with a dummy file, repack it).
Third, the rom is completely playable on flashcarts.
Edit: Seriously, use Desmume. Even unpatched, the rom crashes less than no$gba. |

Umm... is there a link to a more in-depth tutorial on patching for Desmume? I do prefer Desmume over NO$GBA, mostly because of it's superior graphics.
And I don't care about what Pokemon are in which, I use cheats anyways.
EDIT: And I already have SoulSilver... Don't see the point in downloading HG.
