Standard Apps:
Hook Champ -- great side scrolling game with awesome 8bit graphics
Plants Vs Zombies -- like the computer one, very nice touch controls
Path Pix -- IMO best game on the app store, free lite version
PuzzleManiak -- great game with tons of different puzzles
Mr Driller -- cool arcade game made to iPhone
Tweetie -- twitter client, very nice UI

Jailbroken Only:
Proswitcher -- adds multitasking like the Palm Pre
Universal Search -- let's you search multiple sites from the home menu
MyWi -- wireless tethering program, 10 bux but I like it

Everything else I have is stolen or really shitty.
