No, he doesn't. Neither does Derp, infact Derp usually does around 1:1 when I play with him.

People saying it isn't owning, 5 fucking dominations at once on orange_x3, which is an incredibly wide open map. 3 snipers vs me, me getting scouts, demos, soldiers, medics, heavies and pyros. all by myself all the while keeping those dominations for a while.

2:1 is very good on Orange_x3.
