if i try to import video to layers this happens, its just blank:
what can be the cause of that? video is 5 sec-15fps so its not too long cuz it worked before. This happens only in some videos, some other work normally. any idea?

make sure that the video you are importing is an uncompressed video.
most of the time compressors make photoshop unable to load the frames.

well the video was recorded with camtasia so it was compressed but i have loaded other videos successfully that were recorded in same software so i dont think thats the problem in this case.
Edit: i tried uncompressed vid and its still the same.
