It is possible to teleport up through solid blocks by placing blocks on your spawn location and then respawning.
As of such, above a solid-block-box, above every tile there must be an 1x1x2 room to prevent exploiting out.

But I am Cookiemaster though.
Also, you might wanna consider server software, as working without /draw and /cuboid, and lacking the ability to place water/lava wherever one wants is annoying. (Also, turning off water "physics" is nice.)
