Just past 3rd badge. I've completed it before though, more or less. Had almost every Pokémon last time too Razz But yeah, restarted.

Third badge was watson, if my memory is good.

Your next opponent is Flannery a fire type gym leader, I think.

It would be good to get another water type although Marshtomp should be fine...
