Computer thinks I still have a program installed

Precursor: I already attempted to delete System 32. My computer just moaned. And this belongs in RS because people in computer talk are slow as fuckk.

ANYWAY, so I installed tuneup utilities 2010 and it started to have issues and it wouldn''t allow me to uninstall it and reinstall to fix issues. So I deletd the whole program file(Because I'm such a genius) and removed it from my computer blahblah. Point is I try to install a new version and it simply says a newer version is already installed and I can't install another one. But thing is there is no program or traces of it. I deleted what I could from the registry but still no luck.
