Like what I do.
Ask a friend who has availability to credit card or paypal to gift it to you and you pay him in cash.
Or, do some internet type stuff and fill a paypal up a little bit. Its a good game. It doesnt look amazingly high quality but Id rather play CSS over mw2.
Do I have to connect the paypal to a bank account?
