How to hack Diablo 1 hellfire life? I managed to found address but when i set value to X then game sets it back to original value, it even does it when i change value for all found addresses. Any ideas?

Edit:When i freeze that address, game closes itself(just crashes).

i think health is stored as float, so search for health as float.
you can't change the value of health because you only got the display on screen value, and not the real value. everytime game will update the display on screen value(the one you found) with the real value(that you obviously didn't find yet). so search for float

i dont thing health is float cuz diablo1 is really old game.
