Yes it does, yellow lights, happened to my step-dads PS3, he took my PS3, now I only own a Super Nintendo Console. But it's the best console ever so who needs a Ps3.

I'm not even sure how you're going to pull that off, but a few of the scenarios I pictured looked quite ridiculous:
"Mom, dad said he'd give me a Nintendo DS if I come live with him, so if you want to keep me here, you'll get me that new XBAWKS!"
"Mom, if you don't want me to tell everyone that you have herpes, you'll get me that new XBAWKS!"
"Mom, if you want to keep me off the streets, I'm going to need a new XBAWKS!"
"Mom, I'm on drugs, and the best way to get off of it is to get me that new XBAWKS!"
Somehow that seemed like your way of threatening to me.
