I went on camp with my High school and i was running down the side of a cliff I slipped on a smaller rock and then the next rock "tore" the skin/flesh off the front of my leg, After this happened I slid down to the end of the cliff and had to hang on for 30 mins before anyone helped me (my leg was half off when this happened) eventually they gave me some pain relief while I was hanging on then they dragged me off the side of the cliff when I was half out, I woke up an hour later with most of the front of my leg off, the doctors where able to save most of my leg (to the point where I didn't need a brace/Prosthetic part
it's been 2 years since and I can walk normally but running is a challenge.
I also got very fat in hospital but I lost 25 kilos over a year.
