Nvidia Fermi sucks. If you read Fudzilla, the Inquirer, or SemiAccurate, you'll know that. Wait till Fermi comes out and grab a discounted 5870.

It's closer to fact at the moment than it has been in the past because ATI has a much bigger lead right now than NVidia ever had over ATI (as far as I know).

rapion124:: :/ that reviewer made the review without doing research, it has been shown comparison charts of the GF100 fermi structure against the HD 5870 and it was by far a lot faster :/

I don't see how it fails as both are complete difference cards. Single card 480 comparing a to a dual card5970, woo-hoo.
Also, with buying the new NVIDIA gtx480, you get to enjoying CUDA, PhysicX, tessellation, ray tracing, 3D vision (ATI's 10.3 beta now supports 3D vision now), super high TDP, loud fans, crazy heat, , and bundled with Duke Nukem Forever if you are lucky enough.
In theory, you can tri-sli the gtx480, but you can also use that energy to power a Africa country.
Also, both the 480 and the 5970 are non existence.
