In order of most effective to least effective:
Vaporizer, bong, pipe, joint, blunt
In order of easiest to use to most difficult:
Pipe, bong, vaporizer, joint, blunt
Joints are very tedious to roll, and take quite a few minutes to do properly (which means shaping the joint first, and then filling it with weed -- the only way to get a joint that burns evenly and looks nice).
Pipes are easiest because all you do is put the weed in and smoke it, which is the same as a bong except you need to change bong water once in a while, which takes an extra 30 second walk to the kitchen. Vaporizers come in next because they need to warm up before you use them. Joints are second to last because rolling is not easy to do properly and most people don't bother to shape them first because of an unexplainable nostalgia that comes from shaping the joint with the weed in it (most likely from movies/TV). Blunts are the hardest way to smoke because well... it's quite a task, to say the least.

Get a fucking Altoids (or something like it) tin thing (for the mints) and put a little hole at the top and put the weed there. Then at the back there's the little part where like it connects the lid with the thing, hit it from there. Ghetto ass shit, but it works. God we used to do this when we couldn't get a swisher in like 8th grade. Good times, good times.
