How do I cheat?

I have one problem related to r4i gold. I recently bought a R4i Gold for my dsl, but whenever click on the icon on the DS main menu, the DS supposedly freezes with a black screen that says "LOADING" in white letters. I am not getting what will be the reason behind that? Formatting the card may be the solution , but I do not want my data lost.
Please help.

All flashcards were removed from Dealextreme as well as focalprice.
There are other sites but i don't know if i trust them.

There are other sites but i don't know if i trust them. |
Most of them are pretty reliable. Just find a forum that can vouch for them and you should be fine.
