Round 1 interviews are done! I was struck by how typical their responses are.

no I mean what they ask me when I ask "do you have any other questions you'd like to ask us?".
General feeling today was that everyone hates doing paperwork.

| Typically the questions are about the business, for example, if it was an ice cream shop people would ask something to the likes of "How many flavors do you have?" or "On average, how many customers do you get a day?" They try to have an interest and those are the general questions you should have answers for. Obviously it's not an ice cream shop, but it's the same concept.

But ask questions about how they would do well, and why they deserve the job.
There goals, and why they want the job.
talk about there past jobs and what they did there, etc.
