I didn't do anything... but sometimes I get randomly this lectures

I think its because of the electricity peaks... I think an stabilizer is urgently needed?

or maybe its the program ?

though temps are fair, average temp is 42, max temp is 60

for the lazy eyes.... its making my CPU run at almost 35GHz

The multiplier reading is fucked (133.3MHz*262 = 35GHz), your CPU certainly isn't running that quickly.
