Then you did it wrong. Here's some quick example code(May not be entirely correct)
Code:
webbrowser1.navigate(application.location + "\previewfile.html");
Just use the same technique to save the html file as you do when you save text files, just change the extension to html.

Did that but it shows

Navigation to the webpage was canceled
   
   What you can try:
     Refresh the page.

Make sure that the application.path is correct. I remember using that before and it had some messed up path.

That or you can use the webbrowsers proberty, which I dont remeber the name of, to set the html.
