I think my Win7 kind of fucked up. For some reason, many of my processes don't seem to go away, and I get multiples of EVERYTHING. And I know I'm supposed to have multiple svchost.exe, but am I supposed to have 12?
I also often have multiple explorer.exe's running.
edit: Yes I was playing FO3 at the moment.

That's normal. I have 11 service hosts running while in idle. There also may be more than 1 explorer.exe if you have it configured to launch a new process for every window.

Proof why no one that isn't doing resource-heavy 3D rendering or something of the sort needs any more than 4GB.

kill services and svchosts will vanish.
you'll probably see no real difference in reality though, but if the ocd urge to tidy up is overwhelming, you could take it for a spin to cut down on them.
