When the wire connected near the earbud moves around, i hear scratching sounds. Is that normal?

nope, probably you accidentally pulled too hard from it and the wire is a little loose one the connection.

Also, in the future, when you put away your headphones don't wrap them around your ipod like most people do. Just saying if you do, it could short circuit them easier.

probably microphonics from cable. get some new headphones, i suggest meeelectronics m9's.

EDIT: yah it is microphonics..bad earbud cable design..-.-
i noticed all my earbuds have it except my ipod earbud

its because they are sound isolating and have shitty cables. get this:

That's pretty normal, you'll get used to it. I have it with my Zune (the good ones) earphones.
Microphonics have absolutely nothing to do with this.
