how do i steal someones codes that are useing vb 2008

You can decompile it. Google it.
But it's a lame thing to do.

Just give up now. You won't be able to do it, you seem to lack the ability to learn the basics of programming so I doubt you could do anything with decompiling.

If its a trainer then you could try using a trainer spy program but its lame to do so..
