So a good friend of mine returns from his vacation and he's like:

"i'll help you get rid of them if you fill up my Hummer :0"
So i'm like: "Okai :D"

I knew this wouldn't end up well from the start, but the Raccoons had to go. So, he shows up at my house with some rifle-like paintball guns. Already, I can see how bad this would turn out. Not really caring about what neighbors said anymore, I take out my biggest dog cage and get it ready for containment. Once this is done, Lang(friend's name) hands me one of his PB guns. He takes the first shot into the tree, and we hear the sounds of Raccoons moving around. Being the animal lover that I am, i hesitate at first, but then realize that they're better off elsewhere and that i want them dead, so i shoot as well. And so the trouble begins.

There's a neighbor watching the event. Here we are, coloring my front yard tree in front of one of the loud mouthed neighbors of where I live. Lang admits that we need to hurry the ef up before they call the cops, so we get more serious. One Raccoon runs down the tree. Together, Lang and I corner it and trap it in the cage. One more Raccoon is left. This one falls to the floor when we 'accidentally' hit it on the head. It's still alive, but it's unconscious. We grab it and throw it in the dog cage.

So here we are, two raccoons covered in paintballs and in a dog cage. We get the bright idea to drive them to a Miccosukee owned plot of the Everglades located about ten-twenty mins from where I live. It's an empty place, only cars that pass by is to go to the Casinos located down a relatively empty road.

To my relief, we release the raccoons(thank god ._.). So we stop at station to fill up a Hummer(about $50 only cuz tank was almost half full). Then I get home to find a cop car talking to GF.

Turns out i owe about $200 for property dmg. A couple of paintballs managed to hit next door neighbor's house and he was too much of a pussy to just come to me and ask to clean up so he called cops for "disrupting the peace and property vandalism."

FML.

$200 property dmg. fee? Did you bust something? Otherwise, they can't legally do that.
