It's more restarting. I hate restarting, it feels like such a hassle, and I can't do anything in the meantime, and it means my music turns off and such. I want to be able to leisurely restart, to not mind doing it.

Not possible as the fastest time ever achieved (according to a mag) is 30 seconds booting up Windows 7 on a SSD.

Really, that's funny because on this, they do it in 30 seconds on the Win7 Beta without an SSD.
