Yesterday, I was listening 5 songs on my iPod, When I moved the headphone jack, it only played the background. Is it possible to split the song on a computer and save it as an .mp3 file?

I don't think so, since that's caused by a partial connection.

Try opening the song in audacity or something, and muting one of the channels (I don't know the technical term for it).
As in, mute what would be playing in the left earphone.

This only worked with your songs because of the balance (left/right channels having different levels of audio tracks on them). Do what Viral said and open them up in Audacity. Kill whichever channel has the lead or whatever in it.
Other than that (and it won't work for lots of other songs) there's really only using an equalizer and you need to know what you're doing.

You can remove the vocals using audacity. For some songs it doesn't work that well.
