i need help

does anyone know how to get rid of the mini icons on icons i dont really know how to explain it so heres a pic
also my icons werent like this befor i fed up when i was changing themes

maybe the theme didn't uninstall correctly and didn't revert all of changes.
But I do have a program that can get rid of the mini icons (or shortcut icons)
