Some people say is a gimmick, i only care about the 5x series because the lower tdp and increasing crossfireX scaling and more overclocking headroom. yet i still bough a 4890 for $150 USD. |
I want to get a 5670 because at a store i know it sells for $99. The 512MB version. But do you think i can really overclock this card? Its so dam small and adding a Aftermarket cooler seems like a overkill but for $100 im thinking >.<

Do what i did, roll a dice.
1: 4890 for more expensive
2: 5770 (newegg had it for $130 after AR 2 days ago in US, sure is discount here)
3:4830, 4850, 4870, 4670 (idk, find them at your nearest geekhouse, FRY's, COMPUSA which selling it as clearance, or buy a used one from somewhere reliable

But thiers like only one 5670 and the 5770 is so expensive.
EDIT: should i consider a 4770? Because its $113
