because its an abusive card
you put 3 in your deck
say you pick 1 on the first hand then draw 2 cards there is a change that you get another one if you do draw 2 more repeat first and bawww
but those in your deck and increases your chance for your deck's perfect play :/

thats why its banned, its too abusive for tournament decks.

at least in magic, my perfect play was in 7 turns because my deck was all about putting out of play my opponent's deck.

I had a friend that had a bugs deck of perfect game 5 turns make an army or 25 creatures 1/1 and attack. total life is 20
