Not sure what the limits are for wallpapers, but I'm pretty sure they're open for editing. That's like getting banned for using a render in a sig.

But he didn't use this as a render, he just slapped on a logo and some text. He didn't give credit to the original author, this is definitely ripping. |

And people here don't do the same with siggs? We've all seen people post crappy sigs with some text slapped on a stolen render and they're never banned for it. But you're right, it still is considered as ripping |

Thanks, that is the remake.. the other one was way worse.. I just used previous background I made and remade the logo.. I am not affiliating with this section no longer because it's just full of kids that act bad behind a keyboard.. I would love to curb stomp a few but I am not going to name any names.. just get them riled up again |

Was you saying "Flame on" intended to relate to the logo which you attempted to add blue fire to? Or did you know that it was incredibly bad and stolen from somewhere else and you were pushing us to flame you?

Lol, yeah it was kind of an insult.. but looks like the last horse crossed the finish line. Yeah it's ripped, just like most of the work thats posted in this section.. I noticed that in the inspiration thread.. a lot of the sigs I have seen the same artwork in the past.
By the way, Dark Byte unbanned me and told me to holler at him if I needed anything else.

When was the ban supposed to expire? Anyway, the original wallpaper would have made a decent banner with some text slapped on (obviously it would have to be resized or just remade). |
