Happy belated new year (as of 2 minutes, lol)
As century's have past, we have entered differant ages, the 80's brought.... things.. so did the 70's, 60's, 50', 90's,
we were in the 21st Century.
Now that it is 2010, a new century or age may come? What do you think.
Discuss.

This is a new decade, not a new century. A century is a hundred years. By saying it's a new one now, you're 10 years late.

Maybe he was measuring from 1910, in which case it is a new century.

and, we were always in the 21st Century, right from the year 2000.
10 years = decade
100 years = century
1000 years = millenium

I think enough people have corrected him, let's discuss his original question.

I believe the next 10 years won't be that great, you said the 70's, 60's, 50's and 90's brought "things" but I found that the last 10 years were boring and the next 10 years will do the same.

I think personally that the next 10 years will just get worse. The youth of this planet (young children) are all turning into disrespectful little fucks who can't even speak their native language properly. I figure the world will end in 2012 - but not because of some ancient prediction, but because of teens killing everyone then themselves due to how fucked up they've become.

No offense to any of you out there that still have intelligence and common sense.

In my opinion, some new products will be made. Then every average consumer who wants to be up-to-date is going to buy them. And then the total chain from the story of stuff will continue like usuall. For 2010, i think the amount of racism will decrease due to the new people, and a lot of people dying in 2009. Sadly, like sf stated, there will be a lot of death,most likely by murder.

Hopefully though for 2010, something really interesting happens. And sorry about the confusion with century's, lol.
