How do I cheat?

Hey there, I have a problem with a hack I downloaded yesterday.
It was for CS 1.6, something called a Ring0 Hack. Anyways it lags my game so I deleted it, but its still showing up (wall hack, red/blue esp box things). I even uninstalled 1.6, reinstalled it and it's still there.
I can't even play while the hack is running, and I can't remember where I got it (it was a forum) otherwise I could ask them how to get rid of it.
Figured this is the best place to ask, thanks.

| If the hack is running in ring 0 (kernelmode) then it might (or must?) have a service running. Go to start -> run -> type: services.msc and press Ok. Then look for something that might be your hack. When you doubleclick it you can see the filename so you can check if it is your hack. From there you can stop the service and make sure it will not automatically start at startup.
