Supplements & Stimulates

I'm starting to work out again, because Wrestling is starting to finally cool down. I was wondering what should I use for supplements? My friends suggest No-Explode, but it's pricey, and people claim there are better supplements that are cheaper... What should I take? And Why? Also, the side effects?

get "Optimum 100% whey protein". Chocolate of course xD. I don't advise to use creatine, but if you do, dont go way over your usual limits. Alot of people do and get hurt becuase they feel alot more "pump" and think they can bench alot more.

Im currently doing the "P90X", and yes i use them for maximum results.

i did that, well i did the first stage and realised how fucking shit it was compared to hitting it hard at the gym.

Are you kidding me? P90x Is one of the best Workouts you can do.

Not only that, it doesnt cost hundreds a month to buy a gym membership.

P90x also includes a nutrition guide, and little is needed for it.
