I'd like to test it out on some computer parts that I want. I have the money to actually pay for it, in case I end up doing that.
Last person I saw doing it just got an email stating that they had been blacklisted from the site, meaning they couldn't buy anything there ever again. Doesn't seem to be much of a punishment, but I'm sure it varies between companies.

If you have the sufficient money, and the punishment is essentially paying the difference, I suppose you could do it if you don't care about their earnings as a business.
